Church Planting

Dayspring's desire is to be a church that plants churches.  There is no greater proven strategy to reaching lost people in our culture than starting a new church. Our own Todd Perkins (pictured here) has successfully planted a church in Greenville, SC.

Pray for Todd & Brooke Perkins, and their 3 daughters Rivers, Caelan, and Haleigh as they have planted and launched a church in Greenville SC. Todd has been in pastoral ministry for over 10 years, has a Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and is experienced in planting and coaching other church planters.  The calling to plant a new gospel-centered church inspired this church’s name – EASTNORTH CHURCH

Todd is currently sponsored and approved as a church planter through both the North American Mission Board and the Acts29 Network.  God led the Perkins family to plant in Greenville through prayer and specific partnerships, and they are just getting started building their team. While Greenville is considered a bible-belt city, an estimated 80% of the population does not attend church and more than half of the churches in the city are at a plateau or dying. Church planting and church revitalization is needed everywhere, especially in the South.

Augusta is a unique city. There are multiple opportunities for our church to work together with local organizations to make a positive difference for Jesus.

As we work towards partnerships and volunteer development,

God opens the door for his love to be expressed. The

We would love to have you join us in our mission to

reach Augusta, Grovetown, Harlem, Evans, Martinez...

Our Regional team is currently focusing its efforts on a refugee center located in Clarkston, Georgia (Atlanta). CLARKSTON INTERNATIONAL BIBLE CHURCH hosts hundreds of refugee families brought into the country by the government. This unique and pioneering project is so new, many people don’t even know its happening. We are able to work with people from all over the world in a unique environment that is open to the gospel.

America needs Jesus. That's why we plan a missions trip somewhere in America every year. When we go, we share the love of God through acts of service.

Mary Hooker has helped us to coordinate

missions trips to New York from 2007-2009.

We also actively support WORLD CHANGERS every year as they

serve churches in their mission of making disciples by providing

missions experiences that develop the heart of students for serving others and sharing the gospel so they can change the city…change the world.
